Downtime
Up to 10 days of healing is normal — including light bronzing of the skin, redness, a sandy texture, and mild swelling. A sunburn-like sensation may last up to two hours. You may also experience MENDs (microscopic epidermal necrotic debris), which is a normal part of the rejuvenation process as old skin cells are replaced with fresh, healthy ones.

Initial results visible within 2-5 days, optimal results at 2-3 months
