Special Event Reservations

Reservations for special events (including private appointments, group bookings, and other event-based reservations outside our standard treatment scheduling) are final and non-cancellable. We do not accept cancellations, date changes, or refund requests for special event reservations once booked, regardless of the reason. This policy allows us to reserve the necessary staff, time, and resources for your event without last-minute changes affecting other patients.

We recommend confirming your availability and the details of your reservation before booking. If you have questions about an upcoming special event reservation, please contact our office before you book.

Standard Appointments

This policy applies specifically to special event reservations. For rescheduling or cancelling a standard treatment appointment, please call our office at (918) 398-8728 as soon as possible. Prepaid packages and prepaid treatments are governed separately by our Prepaid Package Policy.
