How to book on their behalf
Call us at (918) 398-8728 and let us know you're booking for someone else — we'll take their information and get them scheduled. You can also use the contact form, just note in the message who the visit is for and your relationship to them, along with the best way to reach you about scheduling and billing.
What their first visit looks like
Every new patient starts with a full hour, not a rushed fifteen minutes. Their provider takes a real history, listens to what's actually going on, and — for most patients — draws the Full Picture Lab panel, our comprehensive lab work that goes well beyond a standard physical. Results come back within about a week, and their provider walks them through every marker in plain language before building a plan together.
Telehealth for family who live farther away
If the person you're arranging care for lives out of town, or you're coordinating from a distance yourself, telehealth visits are available with the same providers they'd see in person. It's a natural fit for follow-up visits and many consultations — ask when you call which visits are eligible.
What it costs
The Full Picture Lab is a flat $608 cash fee — no insurance billing, no surprise denials — and HSA or FSA funds can be used. Other treatments and packages are priced individually; a member of our team can walk you through costs for their specific situation before anything is booked.
